Tramin Pinot Grigio - $18

With fresh acidity and notes of pear and and apple this Pinot Grigio is rich and velvety with a long, lingering finish.

Tarapaca Gran Reserva

Probably my favorite red wine in the building (for the money).  This is a Chilean blend of Syrah, Carmenere, and Cabernet Franc.  It is smooth and full of flavor and velvety delicious.

From John:
The Easter meal presents an interesting mix of flavors for wine pairing.  Specifically, a combination of sweet and salty notes.  The best wines will be ones that have good fruit and acidity, whether white or red or sparkling.
A to Z Bubbles
90% Pinot Noir from Oregon and only medium sparkling.  The perfect way to begin, but also it will pair nicely owing to the pinot fruit and the acidity brought in by the addition of 10% white grapes.
Badenhorst Curator White
Perhaps the best pairing of the four wines.  A unique blend of Chenin Blanc (a grape of high acidity), and Chardonnay and Viognier (both fruit forward whites).  This is my favorite new find in white for 2018.
Vinum Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is usually the most recommended red wine for Easter because of (as previously mentioned) its bright ripe fruit.  And this, one of our newest additions in Pinot Noir, delivers very nicely.
Tamarack Red
This made the set because it is my new favorite red find.  Possibly the most exciting wine since we opened the shop.  Our customers overwhelmingly prefer reds, and heavier reds, as a general rule.  This wine is big, but has a silky mouth feel because of the 10 (yes ten!) grapes in the blend.

Reata Pinot Noir

Full bodied and delicious.  This central coast Pinot Noir is notable for its rich ruby color and notes of cherry, and raspberry.  It has aromas of vanilla with light French oak notes that lead to a strong finish that lingers on the palate nicely. A great Pinot Noir for any occasion.

Gehricke Chardonnay - $28

Both John's and my favorite Chardonnay in the building (for the money).  Gehricke offers bright aromas of citrus, and Granny Smith apples. Finished in French oak it has inviting flavors of green melon and citrus a kiss of oak on the finish.

Better Half Sauvignon Blanc - $15

Our #1 selling wine in the building.  New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc 100% Sustainable crisp and balanced, brimming with tropical fruit notes and firm acidity.

Substance Cabernet

One of the easiest drinking Cabs in the building.  Substance (or as John likes to joke "Caeseum") is a Washington State cab, so is full of flavor with very little Tannins; making it smooth and delicious.
