Thanksgiving is the most wine oriented holiday, as the meal IS the holiday. The traditional meal is actually a very easy one to pair with wine, but there are certain wines that work the best. For the most part it is a Pinot Noir meal, but almost any wine will work.

Borgo Boschetto Pinot Grigio 2022
Italy’s most famous wine! But not all (actually few) are of good quality, as is true for any trendy/popular wine category. A fresh, vibrant, dry white from the north of the country in the Friuli DOC.
Gassac Rose 2022
Beautiful dry rose blend from Provence, home to the world’s best rose wines. This is a great choice when you are unsure of what to pair with a particular dish, as it goes with nearly everything.
Part and Parcel Pinot Noir 2021
Our new favorite Pinot Noir from California. Absolutely delicious and THE wine for the Thanksgiving meal. No wine pairs with the entire feast as well as Pinot Noir.
Trentadue Old Patch Red 2021
An intriguing blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Carignane from very low yielding vines to maximize concentrated flavors. A soft style, juicy red blend with a nice touch of spice and a smooth finish.
